Ingredients, for a medium-sized pan:
300 g crumbled feta cheese
200 g grated Gruyere cheese
1 pack butter
a little milk
3 eggs, whisked
1 portion bechamel sauce
sfogliata pastry or home-made filo (pastry sheets)
Butter a medium-sized round pan. Place one sfogliata pastry sheet or three filo sheets (also buttering each sheet) on the bottom of the pan. Prepare the bechamel sauce and mix in the cheese and eggs. Spread the mixture evenly in the pan and lay another sfogliata pastry sheet or two filo sheets over it. Sprinkle some milk over the pie and bake for 50-60 minutes at a medium temperature.
